Gina holds CIPD Associate membership and has over 15 years experience working in leadership and management roles including 5 years of generalist HR leadership experience to help her when working within organisations. Dr Meredith Belbin defines a 'Team Role' as one of nine clusters of behavioural attributes identified by his research at Henley as being effective in order to facilitate team progress.  Meredith's research showed that the most successful teams were made up of a diverse mix of behaviours. To build high-performing teams, we need to represent each of the nine Belbin Team Role behaviours at the appropriate times (Belbin, 2024)

Gina will work with your teams to create individual and team reports providing self-perception and observer feedback giving you a 360 view of how your behaviour is seen by others. A team report will bring individuals together to review where the gaps and opportunities to develop skills within the roles to ensure you are set up for success.
